She is survived by: her significant other Biaggio A. Mott, Jr. (Sam); her children, Salvatore "Sammy" Mott (Alison Spina), Philomena "Nina" Orsomarso, Louis (AnnMarie Mott) and Maria Grimaldi; her daughter-in-law Mary G. Mott; her grandchildren, Michael Mott, Dominick, Enisa Mott, Giada Mott, Stephanie Orsomarso, Francesca Orsomarso, Louis, Angelica Mott, Nicholas Grimaldi, Madison Grimaldi and Jordan Dziekan; her great grandchildren, Milo, Luca and Aria Orsomarso; her granddaughter Thea Mott; her siblings-in-law, Anthony Mazzei and Frances Borostyan (late Steve Borostyan); and her godchildren, Joseph Caruso, Dick Vetere and Janice D'Allessandro. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
In lieu of floral offerings, memorial contributions in Connie's honor may be made to her family, allowing them to establish a foundation in Connie's memory.
