He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Roy and Grace Roy (Pepe). He is survived by: his cousin Ronnie Johns; his wife Diane Gift; his children, Kim (Tony Matt), Tracy Roy, David Jr. (Sarah Roy), Kathie Rockett (Mark Rackley), Daniel (Melissa Roy), Michael Roy and Matt Roy; his grandchildren, Anthony Matt, Dr. Roni Manyevitch, Dominic Matt, Jolie Borgula, Blake Borgula, David III, Alexandra Roy, Chelsea Roy, Mackenzie, Cale Engle, Storm Rockett, Steel Rockett, Taylor Bange, Morgan Roy, Mariah Roy, Jordan Roy, Cameron Roy and Olivia Roy; his great grandchildren, Carson, Teagan, Kolby Roy, Elliot Coffin and Karter Engle; his siblings, Cheryl, Brian Starer, Joseph Roy, John and Rosemary Roy; his aunt Rose Saba; his pet Waylan; and his caregivers, Practitoner, Taylor Arcuri Unser, Dave and Diane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many-many beloved cousins and friends.
