He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tofani and Marie Tofani (Margott); and his sister Janice M. Nappi. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Tofani of Herkimer and Dana L. Guertin; his grandchildren, Abigail Guertin and Lane Guertin; and his nephews, Dale Lockwood, Jr. and Donato Nappi, Jr.. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
