She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dziedzic and Josephine Dziedzic (Tencza); her grandson Joseph DeJohn; and her great grandchild Chloe Calhoun. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Calhoun, Sr.; her children, Denise Van Gerner (Jan) of Utica, NY, John Calhoun, Jr. of Utica, NY and Daniel Calhoun of Frankfort, NY.; her sister Shirley Newell (Dziedzic) of Springfield, OR; her grandchildren, Beth O'Hara, Rori Calhoun, Sean Fiore, Jessica DeJohn and Nicholas Calhoun; and her great grandchildren, Jim, Cara Vasile, Elizabeth, Bobby O'Hara and Andrew Sutherland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church (1206 Lincoln Ave, Utica, NY 13502).
