He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Edwards Babowicz; his children, Kellie Mehl, Karen Elliott (Ted), Kimberly Salerno (Vinnie) and Ken Paparella (Kim); his stepchildren, Gary Babowicz (Michele), Gayl Lyon (Cal), Lauren Keating (John), Lonni Angelhow (David), Jodi Martin (Michael), Janis Elfving (Bo) and David Babowicz (Jerrianne); his brothers, Emil Paparella (Janet) and Francis Paparella (Annette); and his sisters-in-law, Janet E. Paparella and Phylis Edwards. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scala & Roefaro Funeral Home (1122 Culver Ave, Utica, NY 13501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (16 Park Ave, Whitesboro, NY 13492).
