We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025, at the age of 93, Emily M. Sullivan of Utica, New York, born in Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Emily farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Emily is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward M. Sullivan; and her son Edward Sullivan, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Michael Sullivan (Molly) of Bloomsburg, PA and Kimberly McLaughlin of Cambridge, MA; and her grandchildren, Mikaela, Ryan and Hailey.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dimbleby Funeral Homes - Whitesboro (40 Main St, Whitesboro, NY 13492). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
