Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony and St. Agnes Church (422 Tilden Ave, Utica, NY 13501).
In lieu of floral offerings, memorial contributions in Frances' honor may be made to the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) online at http://www.cabvi.org; envelopes will also be available at the service.
