He is survived by: his wife Frances Margaret Delaney; his daughter JoAnn of Utica; his grandchildren, Andre Washington (Junior), Alexandria Washington and Abby Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Andre III, Messiah, Isabella, Abrielle, Elianna, Armello and Avaleigh James; his adoptive daughters, Laura and Ellie; his sister-in-law Carole Pape; his cousin Patty Pape Dewey; and his close friends, Bonnie, Paula, Nick and Hector.
