It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria E. (Rodriguez) Rios (Utica, New York), who passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luz Maria Pino and Eladio Rodriguez; her husband Julio Rios, Sr.; and her children, Rafael Rios and Elizabeth Rios Pagan.
She is survived by: her children, Antonio Rios (OH), Melito Rios (Utica), Milagros Rios (Miguel Acevedo), Julio Rios, Jr. (ID), Carmen Lindsay (Patrick), Gladys Rios (Utica), Judy Rios Lugo (Ismael Lugo), Betty Rios (Utica), Betsy Murray (Utica), Gloria Rios Quiles (Rome), Isreal Rios (Utica) and Luis Rios (Utica); her close friend Luis DeJesus; and her pet Ceaser. She is also survived by 75 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
