He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank "House" D'Agostino and Carmella R. D'Agostino (Mazza); and his parents-in-law, Barent W. and Barbara E. Watson (Edick). He is survived by: his wife Leigh Watson; his daughter Alison D'Agostino; his in-laws, Mark Hunter, Nancy Watson and Kathy Violante; and his close friends, Richard Mancini, Richard Zalewski, Robert Orilio, Ty Crandall and Cathleen Fiore.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish (648 Jay St, Utica, NY 13501).
