She is survived by: her brother Ingolf; her sister-in-law Anna Hack of Hilton Head, SC; her sister Monica Hack Polkosnik of Utica, NY; her nephew Ingolf (Eliza Hack) of Locke, NY; and her great-nephew Ian Hack.
