We are sad to announce that, on February 2, 2026, at the age of 89, Joan (Trino) Stuhlman of Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joan had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joan may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Trino and Ellen Trino (Kennedy); her husband Bert Stuhlman; her daughter Joann Stuhlman Callahan; and her granddaughter Leslie.
She is survived by: her children, Bill (Noel Stuhlman), Terry (Thomas Zalocha), Jackie (Roger Smith), Judi (Patrick Sullivan), Barbara (Michael McCarthy) and Michael Stuhlman; her sister Pauline Depelio; her niece Gina Jones; and her sister-in-law Donna Stuhlman. She is also survived by grandchildren; 17 adored great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
