She was predeceased by: her mother Elaine Sergi (Yero); her husband Christopher Eugene Cutshaw; her sister Leanne Lowery; and her uncle Gordon Sergi. She is survived by: her children, Hunter Cutshaw, Samantha Cutshaw, Hayden Cutshaw (Loui Say) and Dakoda Cutshaw (Grace Cutshaw); her siblings, Rochelle Yero, Debbie Moses and Marie-Elena Sergi; and her nieces, Caidence Sergi and Julianna Sergi. She is also survived by nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A beloved mother, Johna raised her five children and instilled many values in them, including the importance of charity work. Johna was always there to lend a helping hand and very proud of her time donated to charity, especially with "Extra Life", where she was part of a miracle network, working directly beside her children.
