He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lachacz and Mary Lachacz (Duda); and his sister Patricia Drejza. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Lachacz, Steve Lachacz (Jennifer Herkel), Joe Lachacz (Sheila Collea) and Jamie Lachacz (Jamie Lynn); his grandchildren, Shannon, Logan, Danielle Lachacz, Eric Lachacz (Kelly), Stephanie Buran (Joe) and Ryan Lachacz (Jessie); his brother Peter Lachacz; and his cousin Barbara Lachacz. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
