She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Kowalsky and Sara Arlen Kowalsky. She is survived by: her sister Ellen K. Salsbury of Natick, MA; her niece Heidi Shaff, MD; her nephew Scott Salsbury; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebecca, Adam, Lincoln and Phoenix "Sparky".
