He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Zayas and Anita Zayas (Irizarry-Molina); and his sister Diane Ruiz-Zayas. He is survived by: his children, Kristy (Jim Hale), Missy A. (Milton A. Argueta), AnnMarie Zayas (Paci), Kenneth R. Zayas and Antonio R. Zayas; and his siblings, Anna (Scott Withers), TyTy Zayas, Renita Zayas, Salvador Zayas, Richel Zayas (Karen), Audey Zayas (Wanda), Gary Zayas and Renie Zayas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
