He is survived by: his nephew Hector Rios (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Antonio Rios, Melito Rios, Milagros Rios, Miguel Acevedo, Julio Rios, Jr., Carmen, Patrick Lindsay, Gladys Rios, Judy Rios Lugo, Ismael Lugo, Betty Rios, Betsy Murray, Gloria Rios Quiles (Rodriguez), Isreal Rios and Luis Rios; and his pet Cesar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins; and many special friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eannace Funeral Home, Inc. (932 South St, Utica, NY 13501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
