She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony DePastina and Mary DePastina (Leonard); and her siblings, Yolanda (Fred Sisti), Theresa (William Rizzo), Roseann (Dean Perta), Lucy (Tony Marino) and Frank (Florence DePastene).
She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Elaine DePerno-Brown (Andy), Joni DePerno-Zahas (Scott), Marianne Jakubowski and Dorthea Casey; her son-in-law Joseph A. Jakubowski; her grandchildren, Sheri, Fidele P. Fanelli, Joseph M., Katie Jakubowski, Dr. Kristy, Dr. Greg McBride, Tara Skidd, Dr. Justin, Lauren Casey and Scot Zahas; her great grandchildren, Zoe and Kenzie Jakubowski; and her grandchildren, Brantley, Bode McBride, Michael, Thomas Skidd, Alessandra and Adriana Casey. She is also survived by son to her; great-nieces and great-nephews.
