He was predeceased by: his father Robert. He is survived by: his mother Doris Smith of North Utica; his sister Lorraine; his brother-in-law Joseph Foley of Massachusetts; his brother David; his sister-in-law Melodie Smith of North Carolina; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Joseph Foley (Michelle Maciag), Dr. Katelyn Foley (Peter Mertz), Brian Foley, Amanda Guarino (Dominick) and Zachary Smith (Julia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joseph, Gregory, Cece, Adrianna, Evander, Gavin and Ellie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
