He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Siuta and Bernadette Siuta (Mattis); his son Todd Siuta; his sister Marguerite Morgan; his brother-in-law Edward Morgan; his niece Elizabeth Morgan; and his grandchildren, Mason, Caroline and Georgia.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Siuta (Tiffanie), Joseph Siuta (Ashlee) and Tanya Grant (Geoffrey); his grandchildren, Jacob, Sierra Siuta, Logan "Miller" Siuta, Tess Siuta, Emmett Siuta, Nathan Siuta, Tarence Grant, Anthony Grant and Nickolas Grant; and his siblings, Ramona Scaramuzzino (Carl), Christine Miller, Elizabeth Graham (Stephen), Daniel Siuta (Rosalie), Anthony Siuta and Andrew Siuta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
