Mary Ann Giruzzi Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ann Giruzzi (Utica, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses G. Hobaica and Helen Hobaica (George); her son Nicholas F. Giruzzi; her brother Dr. Robert; her sister-in-law Doris Hobaica; her sisters, Nancy (Al Cordovani) and Elaine Schwenzfeier; her parents-in-law, Rocco F. Sr. and Carmella Giruzzi; and her siblings-in-law, Kay and Bruno Arcuri.
She is survived by: her husband Rocco F. Giruzzi, Jr.; her children, Rocco F. III (Laura Giruzzi), Pamela Giruzzi Zegarelli (Mark Pensero) and William "Billy" (Lisa Giruzzi); her grandchildren, Dr. Nicholas Giruzzi, Dr. Megan Giruzzi, Christopher Giruzzi, Zachary, Keaton Zegarelli and Dr. Carly Zegarelli; her great grandchildren, Alayna Giruzzi, Gabriel Giruzzi, Elijah Giruzzi, Tatum Zegarelli and Colt Jameson Giruzzi; and her brother-in-law Ferdinand "Freddy" Schwenzfeier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
