She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fowler and Rosemary Fowler; her brother Daniel Fowler Jr.; her son-in-law Michael Cardillo Jr.; and her brother-in-law Kevin Cosgrove.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean; her son-in-law Michael DeCicco of New Hartford; her grandson Michael Cardillo III (Maddy Garcia) of Frankfort; her brother Michael Fowler of Utica; and her siblings-in-law, Daniel, Cindy English of Clinton, Colleen Tompkins of Plainfield, NH and Sharon Stauty of Oneida.
