She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Kulakowski and Josephine Kulakowski (Firlit); her husband Raymond Sheheen; her brother Frederick Kulakowski; her nephew Michael O'Toole; her granddaughter Heather MacMaster; and her brothers-in-law, Edward O'Toole and Henry McEntee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta "Lorrie" Sullivan (Michael), Jacqueline "Jackie" Sheheen and Cynthia "Cindy" Tehan; her grandchildren, Adrianna, Brittany, Daniel and Michael; her great grandchild Olivia; her siblings, Edmund Kulakowski (Elaine), Jacob Kulakowski (Janet), Janet O'Toole, Eleanor Ciancio (Anthony) and Irene McEntee; her sister-in-law Therese Kulakowski; and her godson John O'Toole. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great great nephews.
