He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Cardinale and Maria Cardinale; his wife Theresa (Chiffy); and his sisters, Theresa Moccaldi, Rose Jalowiec and Carmella "Cookie" Biasi.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Patrick; his daughter-in-law Patricia Cardinale; and his daughters, Marilyn (William Montesano) and Eve (Robert Calli). He is also survived by grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
