He is survived by: his wife Susan Fettes; his children, Dean Fettes (Michelle) and Kelly DeWolfe (Todd); and his stepsons, Christopher Duquette, Matt Howard and Scott Howard. He is also survived by grandchildren, three granddaughters and three grandsons.
