He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Schram and Peg Schram (Freytag); his sister Mary Jean German (Schram); and his parents-in-law, Dominic A. "Danny" and Marie A. Massella (Romanelli).
He is survived by: his significant other Donna M. Massella; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law David "Zeek" Zito; his grandchildren, Anthony, Marcella Schram and Dominick Schram; and his sisters, Patty (Herm Fruchtenicht), Phyllis Petrillo (late Theodore J. "Ted") and Petrillo, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of floral offerings, memorial contributions in Richie's honor may be made to the St. John's Outreach Ministries, by mail to 240 Bleecker Street, Utica, NY 13501; envelopes will also be available at the service.
