It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Lewis (Utica, New York), who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Lewis and Olive S. Lewis (Hawley); his sister Jane (Lewis); and his brother-in-law Earl Bagley. He is survived by: his wife June Burhyte; his children, Deborah (Nicholas Bonavita), Rebecca Siek (John), Sean Lewis (Daniel Lewis), Ryan (Rita Lewis) and Damon (Lisa Lewis); his parents-in-law, Beverly Nelson, Douglas, Delilah Burhyte and Pamela Cuda; and his friends, David Gardino, Micah Crewell and Garth Evans. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
