We announce the death of Robert K. Schultz in Utica, New York, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 94. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Schultz and Winifred Schultz (Miller); and his brothers, Harold Miller, William Schultz, Charles Schultz and Kenneth Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Schultz; his children, Stephen Schultz (Kathleen), Heather Bonney (Timothy) and Rebecca Gillespie (Sean); his grandchildren, Christopher Schultz (Jodi), Devon Schultz (Lauren), Lindsey Swiss (Dustin) and Michaela Williams (Geovanni); and his great grandchild Jack Anthony Schultz.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (3022 Oneida St, Sauquoit, NY 13456). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for a donation in Bob's memory to be made to the Abraham House.
