He is survived by: his wife Philippa A. Steppello; his sons, Roger A. Palek, Jr. (Tasha Linsell) of Utica and Phillip (Mikasha Palek); his grandchildren, Phillip, Jr., Adriana and Lajiana; his brother John; his sister-in-law Deirdre Polak of Marcy; his sister Dawn Polak of New York Mills; and his brother-in-law Lou Steppello. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
