It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne L. Platt of Utica, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wilson Marks; and her brother Eric Marks. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Persons Marks of Boonville; her children, Amber Platt (Luis Colon) of Whitesboro and Tyler Platt (Carolyn Wooden) of Sarasota, Florida; her grandchildren, Aubrianna, Makaila, Charlotte, Sergio and Holden; and her siblings, Steve Marks of Boonville and Ronna Gaetano of Boonville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
