He is survived by: his children, Haseda Sabanagic (Adil), Zarafa Sabanagic (Resad), Sead Munjakovic (Seniaja) and Mirsad Munjakovic.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bosnian Islamic Cemetery (10977 Cosby Manor Rd, Utica, NY 13502).
