He is survived by: his parents, Roy Upson and Lisa Upson; his sister Alexis (Evan Stone); his grandparents, Roy and Cathy Upson of Mohawk, NY; his aunts and uncles, Parnell Upson of Ohio, NY, Cornell Upson of Cherry Valley, NY, Dwayne Upson (Melissa) of Columbia, IL, Jeff Irwin (Leslie) of Poland, NY, Tracy Irwin of Poland, NY, Melissa Allen (Mike) of Poland, NY, Brad Irwin (Karen) of Poland, NY and Josephine Bogacz of Attleboro, MA.; and his cousins, Graysen, Emersen Wrap, Raelynn Cowan, Brayden, Brooks, Brodi Malecki, Rory, Rowan Butler and Colson Ewanyk.
