He was predeceased by: his parent Vickey Taylor (Crockett); and his grandparents, Phyllis (Crockett) and Clifton "Kip" Richmond. He is survived by: his sister Jean; his brother-in-law Roger Rebisz; his niece Chloe Rebisz; his cousin Joshua Bolstridge; his caregiver Christine; his friend Timmy; Pat Crockett.
