He is survived by: his wife Haydee Perez; his siblings, Juana Ramirez, Jose Manuel Ramirez and Awillda Rivera; his daughter Marisol Ramirez; his grandchildren, Letycia Wolfe (Oliver Wolfe) and Carlson Tilllman Jr. (Nyla Dallas); and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Amina Tillman and Theodore Wolfe. He is also survived by siblings and several nieces and nephews.
Elvin bravely lived and enjoyed life while battling Alzheimer's for many years.
