He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Jr. Lynch and Clarice Lynch; and his sister Toni Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Cathleen C. Lynch; his children, William C. Lynch II, Bobbi-Jo Lynch and Kelly Ellis (George); his siblings, Gary Lynch (Kim), Eddie Lynch and Sharon Vincent (Buddy); and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Austin, Riley, Cameron, Sophia, Jasmine, Jaylyn, Logan and Brandon. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
