He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Geyer Clarke and David Arvine Clarke; and his sister Andrea Clarke Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith Clarke; his daughters, Susan Clarke (Kelvin Creech) and Nancy Clarke McGowan (Christopher); and his grandsons, Nathan Creech, Patrick McGowan and Jackson McGowan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
