She was predeceased by: her husband Atillio Mazzella. She is survived by: her daughters, Frances Conte (Joseph) and Lucy Conte (Mario); her grandchildren, Annamarie Conte, Christina Blenkle (Gerard), Sylvia Lynch (Brian) and Ralph Conte; and her great grandchildren, John-Joseph, Devany, James, Sebastian and Elizabeth.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Hawthorne Funeral Home (21 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesus Church (2 Broadway, Valhalla, NY 10595). A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (575 Hillside Ave, White Plains, NY 10603).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's memory may be made to the San Silverio Shrine of Dover Plains (124 Oakley Ave, White Plains, NY 10601) - a cause close to her heart.
