We bid farewell to Theresa C. Smith in Valhalla, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 2, 2025 at the age of 64. Theresa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Neill and Elizabeth O'Neill (King); her children, Catherine, Thomas (Brittany Clifford) and Lauren Smith (Thomas Dillon); her grandchildren, Jayden Castillo and Shaelyn Smith; and her brother John O'Neill.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Chamberlain, Carol McEwan, Margaret Brown (Tim), Thomas, Charles (Barbara) and Robert O'Neill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cargain Funeral Homes Inc. - Carmel (10 Fowler Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James the Apostle Church (14 Gleneida Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Raymond Hill Cemetery (165 NY-52, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512).
