We announce the death of Bernadette Centineo (Valley Stream, New York), who passed away on July 22, 2026, at the age of 89. Bernadette will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denis McCool and Catherine McCool; her sister Kathleen Hamilton (Anthony); and her granddaughter Emilie. She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her brother Brendan McCool (Bernadette) of Dungannon; her children, Paul Centineo (Ashley) of Valley Stream, NY, Andrew Centineo, Anthony Centineo of Red Hook, NY and Kathleen Hawkins (Andrew) of Valley Stream; and her grandchildren, Allison, Victoria, Caitlin Centineo, AJ, Brooke, Madelyn Centineo, Colleen, Charlie, Patrick, Brendan and Sean Hawkins.
