It is with sadness that the passing of Barbara Griffith Moag (Varysburg, New York) is shared. Barbara, born on August 26, 1938, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Neil Moag; her parents, Veronica Griffith and Worth Griffith; and her siblings, Roger, Robert, Thomas, John Griffith and Mary Weber.
She is survived by: her children, Marcy Noble (John) of Pavilion, Timothy Moag (Sarah) of Pavilion, Marianne Philie (Michael) of West Friendship, MD, Terrence Moag (Kathryn) of Loudonville, NY and Thomas Moag (Amie) of Horseheads, NY.; her grandchildren, Christopher Noble (Jennifer), Kitty Noble, Kathleen Wolfley (Craig), Griffin Moag (Ashley), Rella Getty (Kyle), Austin Moag (Christian), Mathieu Philie (Kelsey), Morgan Philie, Rory Moag, Ryan Moag (Katie), Delaney Moag and Rileigh Monks (Cameron); her great grandchildren, Emilie, Adelaide, Isla, Charlotte, Beau, Annabelle, Quin, Cael, Leif, Maeve, Grady, Ford, Jack, Neil, Mason and Teagan; her brothers, James Griffith (Polly) and Michael Griffith (Patricia); and her sister-in-law Sharon Griffith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church (11095 St Marys St, Pavilion, NY 14525). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Wyoming Cemetery (2700 Royce Rd, Varysburg, NY 14167).
