She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Pajak and Adaline Gardon Pajak. She is survived by: her children, James Bukowski, Jodi Vetter, Jesse Bukowksi, Jill Beck, Jenny Bukowksi, Jay Premo, Jamie Premo, Ashley Premo and George Premo. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Beginnings Fellowship Church (4377 NY-78, Gainesville, NY 14066).
