He was predeceased by: his parents, John Szkotak and Helen Szkotak (Tabor); and his wife Rosemary (Borden). He is survived by: his children, John (Susan Szkotak), Brian (Audra Szkotak) and Kathy Szkotak; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Kelly (Patrice), Kyle Szkotak (Cassie Moffit), Alex Szkotak (Jenna), Brandon Szkotak (Jenn Taylor), Austin Szkotak, Matthew Rosado (Emily) and Sophia Rosado. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Czestochowa Church.
