He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F., Sr. and Jean Harkins; his sister Eileen M. Wiese (Harkins); his brothers-in-law, Harold F. O'Mara, William J. Senik and Robert J. Wiese; and his nephew Shawn M. O'Mara Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Kristin O'Sullivan-Harkins; his children, Amanda Fell and Thomas Ventura; his grandchildren, Miles, Avi of Grayson, TJ and Connor; and his sisters, Betty Jean O'Mara, Maureen Eichler (Charles) and Marlene Harkins-Senik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
