She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Schoonover and Elizabeth Schoonover; her stepparents, Henry and Martha Chaddock; her in-laws, Robert and Marion Truman; her brother Jack Schoonover; and her nephew James Schoonover.

She is survived by: her husband Carle Truman; her children, Robert Truman (Betsy), William Truman (Teresa), Richard Truman (Mary Claire) and Jodie Pompino (Victor); her grandchildren, Carrie Vidal (Mike), Steven Truman (Liz), Trey Truman (Bobbiejo), Miranda Faringer (Jon), Victor Pompino (Erika), Hannah Purdy (Owen) and Carson Truman; her great grandchildren, Jazmynn, Jaheim, Liam, Korey, Landon, Connor, Zachary, Madison, Nathan, Oliva, Eden and Shem; her cousins, Ann and Debbie; and her sibling's children, Jeff, Jay Schoonover and Jane Schoonover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: Grace Point Church, 3701 Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850, and the Vestal Fire Department.
