He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mansfield and Katherine Mansfield; and his sister Helen Barr (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Antoinette; his children, Debbie Mansfield (Joe Lewis), Linda Mansfield, Christine Mansfield, Mike Mansfield (Katie McNeely), Stephen Maklos and Paul Maklos (Amy); his grandchildren, Derek Sobiech (Sheena DeMartino), Jessica Lewis, Samantha Temperato (Patrick), Ryan Sobiech (Lauren Dykeman), Kasey Windeknecht, Mick, Jack Mansfield, Lindsey, Brittany Maklos, Nick Maklos and Pete Maklos (Kennedy); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Talan, Levi, Hina, Gavin, Graham and Adelyn; his brother Thomas Mansfield; and his extended family, Bill Windeknecht, Sarah Mansfield, Anne Reilly and Joe Plescia (Karen). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
