He was predeceased by: his father Dale Packer; and his siblings-in-law, Kerry Lorimer Packer and Robert Kveragas. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Packer; his wife Judy; his son Derek Packer; his daughter-in-law Lori Packer; his granddaughter Hayley Packer; his brother Kenneth Packer; his niece Mallory Nanni; and his pet Tucker.
