He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kadleck and Margaret Kadleck; his stepmother Rose Kadleck; his sister Patricia St (Keith); and his siblings-in-law, James Allen and Marlene Kadleck.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Koflan and Robert Kadleck; his granddaughter Michelle Koflan; his great grandchild Kurt King; and his siblings, Barbara Allen, Shirley Friday (William) and Lewis Kadleck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
