He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Nicosia and Frances Marinaccio Nicosia; and his brother-in-law Peter DePersis. He is survived by: his wife Ann Nicosia (Coughlin); his children, Mary Ann Martin (John), Marguerite Nicosia, Sheila Morales (Noel), Joseph Nicosia (Johanna), Francis J. Nicosia (Bernadette) and Anthony Nicosia; his grandchildren, Ann (Ronald), John (Samantha), Cecelia (Marshall), Isabella, Nathaniel, Emmanuel, Augustine, Frances (Henry), Genevieve, Anthony, Guiliano and Vita; and his siblings-in-law, Cecelia DePersis, William, Mary O'Boyle, Robert Coughlin, Mary Ann Coughlin, Tom and Sandy Minehan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 4 to 6 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in Frank's memory may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church, 165 Clifton Blvd, Vestal, Ny 13850.
