She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Wright and Julia Wright; her brother Lester Wright; her grandchildren, Sherry, Jeff, Joey and Randy; and her friend Virginia Poorman.
She is survived by: her husband Nile L. Preston; her daughters, Linda Kipp of Newark Valley, NY and Sharon Traver of Friendsville, PA; her stepchildren, Dirk, Mike, Susan, Nancy and Wendy; and her sister Joyce Miller of York, SC. She is also survived by several Grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great Grandchildren.
