It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlita Ruth Springett of Vestal, New York, who passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arta and Wayne; her sisters, Diana and Robin; and her former husband Jung-Chao.
She is survived by: her children, James (Valentina), Jean (Tom) and Mark (Lara); and her grandchildren, Jared, Marissa, Sammy and Alex. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In her last act of giving, Marlita chose to donate her body to medical research. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to support her beloved elephants and to the Binghamton Downtown Singers.
